Fairyhouse Thu, 15th Jan, 2026  Shanroe Act in Cork the last day, Donagh (Meyler, jockey) went to jump off and make the running, but ended up out the back of 25 runners. It was atrocious ground, mud just kept hitting him in the face and he could never get him to go forward. It suited well today, as he got a nice easy lead in front. He jumped well, he’s good and fit and straight and he was down off bottom weight. Today on that ground he was able to get his own way in front and it made a big difference.

Limerick Sat, 18th Oct, 2025  Rhythmic Tune He is from a lovely old family and when I was a child my father bred a very good and related horse Even Melody and another Make Melodies, who he had in training with Edward O'Grady. My father isn't well at the moment so this is a real tonic. My horses are flying thank God and I think this horse will now go for another handicap hurdle.

Bellewstown Thu, 2nd Oct, 2025  Spanish John He was at his ease all through the race and enjoyed it, plenty of room you see, and the ground was a big help to him. He got it (ground) in Clonmel, but two miles probably too far on that ground, but a mile and a-half on soft (suits). Third in Roscommon, but he had been running well. Nearly all the times he has been trying and staying on. It was just to get it together, get the win.
