The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning into the back straight, involving Roc My Haarth, ridden by L. Quinlan and Snow Punt, ridden by P.T. Enright, where it appeared Snow Punt got tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. L. Quinlan stated that he was staying out wide looking for the best ground when things became tight. P.T. Enright stated that he felt he maintained his line when things got tight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kanog Bay, trained by Ian Patrick Donoghue, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be showing signs of delayed recovery post race
D.J. O'Connor, rider of He Fitz In, trained by D.E.Fitzgerald, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was going forward with momentum at the last on the first circuit and ended up on heels, clipping a heel as a result
