The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Baymount, trained by Anthony Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for further analysis

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Anna McGuinness, rider of Baymount, trained by Anthony Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount raced keenly and made an abnormal respiratory noise coming down the hill and hung in on her.
