The Raceday Stewards received a report form the IHRB Veterinary Officer that David Harry Kelly trainer of Pennies In A Well, had failed to present the passport for his charge when requested to do so. Evidence was heard from the trainers representative on the day Mr Keiran Fanning who accepted that this was an oversight on his part and apologised. Having considered the matter the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that David Harry Kelly was in breach of Rule 85(i) and having considered his clean record in this regard they issued a fine of €200 through his Authorised Representative

E. Walsh, rider of Ann Bulkley, trained by Ciaran Murphy, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran keen and clipped a heel as a result. Having a viewed the recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
